The tires I ordered came in a different size. I measured the tire and it was a different size.
I already took a photo and sent it, and they said it was size 14x3, but I need 16x3. I ordered the 16x3 expecting that size and got the 14x3 instead.

I wish that I had read the reviews about monsterscooterparts.com before I made a purchase from them.
If I had, I would've saved myself a significant amount of money and a lot of headache.
I am a multiple Amputee with no legs, and at least part of each of my 10 fingers haven't been amputated. I use a Jazzy Select Elite scooter every day, and the armrests have become brittle and cracked. Acting upon the recommendation of somebody who used to work on.Jazzy scooters, I gave this business a call the other day to inquire about getting new armrests for about my scooter. To say that the person who answered the phone, the other day was rude and condescending would be an understatement.
However, after crawling underneath my scooter to find the serial number, he told me which armrests that I needed to order. I ordered them and paid for shipping because I had a tradeshow to go to tomorrow.
When the parts arrived, I happily started to put them on my scooter. However, I quickly found out that they are much too wide to fit on the scooter. Not only, are they a few millimeters wider than the ones that came from the factory, they also have a lip of nylon that has been pressed in the heater that sticks out several millimeters all the way around them.
I called to ask for help and this time another person, also quite rude and condescending, told me that these are indeed the proper parts and sometimes they are hard to get in. I took my calipers to them while he was on the phone and sent him photographs to his cell phone that showed that the arrests are indeed several millimeters wider than the ones that came from the factory. They also are wider than the tray into which they are supposed to fit.
He told me that I could try stuffing them in and bending up the excess nylon and I told him that I had already tried that, and there was no way it was going to fit. The photographs showed that it would not fit.
That some people try to trim off the excess nylon and I said I'm afraid to do that because if I mess them up, then I can't return them. He told me to be careful.
While on the phone, on a recorded line, I tried to trim it, and ended up slicing the nylon in such a way that it ruined one of the armrests. The young man told me that he would get a supervisor on the phone and put me on hold. A couple minutes later he came back and said that since I had been told on a recorded line that some people tried to tuck it and that I needed to be careful, I could not return the merchandise.
I replied that I would be writing reviews and doing YouTube videos about the service, or lack there of that his company provided, and that I would be initiating a chargeback on my credit card.
He replied by telling me that he hoped my day would be better.
Take a look at the photographs I've provided. The factory installed armrest is Bearwood on the bottom, and the ones I received from this company have vinyl on the bottom. They also have a lip that is about 3 to 4 mm wide all the way around them.
The photos show that the new part in no way will fit into, the scooter. Based upon the significant number of reviews of this company, I'd say stay away from them, at all costs.

I made a request for some price help in replacing a part that they claimed would work. I was in their site Saturday and a replacement part made specifically for my scooter was available and i want a replacement with some price help from Monster Scooter Parts, they have had three days to replay with an answer and I have yet to receive one.

They sent me the wrong product, made me spend more than 1 hour and a half sending photos via email because the chat wasn't working, and continued to insist that it was the correct product, and after I told them several times that it wasn't the right product and send a photo showing the difference of the size, they finally apologized for the "CONFUSION" which was actually an MISTAKE, recurring as you can see in all these reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If it wasn't enough, making me waste more than an hour and a half of my day to resolve THEY MISTAKE, they want me to pay for return shipping and wait 3 weeks for a refund.
MY FIRST BAD REVIEW EVER, I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN AN ONLINE SHOPPING.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I WILL TAKE THE LOSSES BUT I WILL NOT PAY TO RETURN THEIR MISTAKE AND STILL WAIT UP TO 3 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Trying to replace incorrect cannot find a way to contact a live phone number. All avenues lead to discussing impossible to navigate contact thread.

I called regarding a return label. on Friday and the lady I spoke to was really nice and helpful..I phoned on Monday August 19th ..The representative was very rude and nasty and hung up on me!

your cs rep could not verify the size of the seat bottom with the chair sn that I provided and further informed me that this particular part as was ordered that it would not returnable if the ordered part turned out to be a incorrect part.
The SN# should tell you what the chair seat size actually is and therefore reference the correct seat replacement size.

Tried to find out where my paid for tires are told based they didnt care that I need them because I have a broken back and need my scooter to travel with. Asked to speak with a supervisor and they said said no!!!

I have a similar issue with them I ordered groceries and they took extra money out of my account about a month ago and I still haven't received a reinforcement they say that they're going to reverse the payment and still hasn't done it don't buy any thing from this company
