After talking to customer service I found out from them I was looking at the same part, their customer service person was extremely helpful, they gave me a different part to look at for my problem.

I made a request for some price help in replacing a part that they claimed would work. I was in their site Saturday and a replacement part made specifically for my scooter was available and i want a replacement with some price help from Monster Scooter Parts, they have had three days to replay with an answer and I have yet to receive one.

Monster Scooter Parts is the worst! Their parts are of terrible quality and always break within a week of use.

The customer service is absolutely horrendous, with rude and unhelpful staff who refuse to resolve any issues. Avoid Monster Scooter Parts at all costs!
